Nejire is a student attending her third year at U.A. High, one of the top Hero schools in Japan. In her Hero studies she's exceptional, being one of U.A's "Big Three"--students who are notable for their accomplishments and highly refined control of their superpowers, which have ratcheted them up to being the top-ranking students on campus. Being a third year, she's also currently interning with a professional Hero between classes, and her post-graduation prospects look pretty bright.
Powers:
Like most people in her canon Nejire has a superpowered genetic mutation called a "quirk"; her own particular quirk is called "Surge", and gives her the ability to generate shockwaves from the latent energy in her own body. She's able to direct these shockwaves into spiraling blasts of varying power, and can fine-tune her output to enable temporary controlled flight as well.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS:
Visual:
Looks about how you'd expect a girl in the upper years of high school to look. Wide blue eyes, light blue hair that goes down to her knees in two twisting waves. Usually in either her school uniform or her Hero jumpsuit, but on a daily civilian basis she likes cute casual dresses in pastel colors. Always moving about.
Aural:
Talkative. Very talkative. Almost overwhelmingly so; it can get a bit overbearing at times, and she will chatter about pretty much anything and everything, often by asking streams of questions and just barely leaving room between them for answers.
Olfactory:
Normal enough. Lily-scented shampoo.
Demeanor:
Very energetic and endlessly curious; she's easily sidetracked by things that capture her interest, and there are...a lot of these things, especially in a new room full of new people she's never met. Will ask all about your strange physical features. May be a bit accidentally blunt and intense about it. Loves learning about new and strange things; loves telling people about these things just as much; it's all a glee that sometimes borders on seeming childish and air-headed. She's been compared to a kindergartner before...

She loves it! She'll gladly accept hugs from people she likes! And won't hesitate to give them in turn. She isn't very inhibited by contact in general, really, even with strangers--sometimes her curiosity gets the better of her, and she might end up poking and prodding at features of fascination more than she should. She'd really rather not! But if you insist she won't back down. She's very athletic in the way her Hero training requires, and has enough control over her quirk to feel comfortable giving out warning shocks as needed.

Nothing terribly notable or unusual, though her thoughts are probably going a mile a minute, constantly sliding from one tangent to another in a fashion rather reminiscent of a real-time wiki walk.
